A NY native, George moved out to Los Angeles in 2004 to make his mark and pursue his love of Visual Effects. After spending a number of years working at various companies around town he took the plunge and opened BAKED FX in the summer of 2006.
Learning from the experience he had gained George put all his energy into creating a highly efficient and cutting edge operation while continuing to keep customer service and attention the top priority. Today George oversees the company creatively and plays a large role in both the innovation and the development of its internal project pipeline and network infrastructure. While not in the office George enjoys skiing, tennis, photography and most of all, Indian Food. He’s usually at the office though.
A Los Angeles native, Jessie has always had an enthusiasm for film and TV. While LA will always be home, she ventured to the University of Wisconsin- Madison for a temporary change of pace, where shestudied Radio, TV, and Film. After graduating and a few months of traveling, she returned home, excited to be immersed in the industry. Before starting at BAKED FX, she worked in various aspects of production, but soon found that she wanted her focus to be in post. After taking a few night courses, it was clear that she had an eye for the craft and a strong desire to learn as much as possible. She quickly found her niche in the crazy world that is visual effects, and has truly enjoyed applying her knowledge and constantly learning from the talented people around her.
Originally from Northern California, Kaitlin’s heart traveled south and is now forever in Los Angeles – the place where movies are made. Although growing up she never imagined a career for herself in the Entertainment Industry, her studies at USC helped her to realize her passion for film and television. After getting her business degree at USC’s prestigious Marshall School of Business, Kaitlin bounced around a few production jobs before fate brought her to BAKED FX, where she has opened a new chapter of her young and exciting career learning the world of post-production. Kaitlin is honored to work with such talented people at BAKED FX and works relentlessly to make sure there is always coffee (ahem, Josh) and yummy cookies for all. This dazzling young woman plans to pursue producing, entertainment law, dancing… or possible all three at the same time. Perhaps… produce a show about a young, beautiful entertainment lawyer who secretly tries to make it in Hollywood as a dancer without telling anyone at the office. We think we have an Emmy!!! We’ll let you know.
Josh Spivack has been called many things. But if he was ever called something he didn’t like, you can bet that he’d probably edit it out. That’s because Josh graduated from Arizona State where he mastered both the print and television fields. Hired by Fox Sports Arizona in 2009, Josh quickly excelled in non-linear editing, receiving two Regional Emmy nominations which he’ll one day edit to Emmy Wins. Nevertheless, Los Angeles was calling, and while continuing his editing career here he was offered an internship with BAKED FX. After working on two Lady Gaga projects and one for Sega, Josh was hired full-time where he tirelessly attempts to drink the company’s supply of coffee while serving as the offline/online editor (which might ultimately justify the coffee). Josh isn’t leaving LA anytime soon (we won’t let him), and he blesses us with his ridiculous sports rants (don’t get him started), pop culture insights (he claims Independence Day is the best movie ever made…may have a point) and his high energy, fun personality (he edited that last part in).

Immediately after arriving, by using his keen sense of color and sharpened eye for detail, Evan began compositing on many various film and commercial projects. Since beginning his career and expanding his professinal network, Evan has continued to hone his skills by taking additional courses at institutions such as Gnomon School of Visual Effects.
